MUSSELS MARINARA

Preparation Ingredients:
· Mussels: 1.5 kg
· Garlic: 2 cloves
· Parsley to be chopped: 1 tuft
· White wine: 50ml
· Il Cavallino Special Edition extra virgin olive oil: 5 spoons

To prepare the mussels marinara, start by cleaning the mussels well. Eliminate the beard that comes out, scrape the shell, and wash them well under running water to eliminate all impurities. In a non-stick pan put five tablespoons of oil and two crushed cloves of garlic (or whole if you wish to then remove them) and lightly brown. Then add the mussels, when they start to open, pour in the white wine and add two tablespoons of chopped parsley. Finally, cover everything with a lid and let all the mussels open. When the mussels are all open, leave them on the fire for a few more minutes so that the sauce is further flavored and once ready, serve the mussels marinara immediately.
